ERP integration

There are several areas where GC.Platform can be integrated with an ERP system. The scope of integration depends on the implementation needs. It is also possible to extend the current integration capabilities of GC.Platform if some needs are not yet covered.

ERP integration covers things like:

  • getting product availability or price;
  • order processing;
  • getting items from the ERP system such as invoices, etc.

How we integrate

If there is a need to integrate online with your ERP system, we need to know from your ERP system vendor how to integrate. For example, if you would like to show online product availability information in your GC.CATALOG, we need documentation on how to obtain that information from your ERP system.
