Seven modules
Each module is a standalone product. Together they form a complete e-commerce platform. You deploy all of them or selected ones — in the order that fits your strategy.
Product catalogue
A responsive web application presenting your offer to end customers. Supports classic search, advanced filtering by vehicle parameters, and graphical search based on product diagrams. Works in open mode (without login) and B2B mode (with prices and availability after login) on a single site. Integrates data from TECDOC and HaynesPRO. Optionally available as an additional mobile app.
Order management
E-commerce backend and integration layer for ERP systems. Cart handling, order processing from all sales channels — own website, Allegro, other marketplaces. Order status notifications, sales process automation, mailing.
AI Assistant
It doesn't search — it guides. Instead of returning a list of 'probable' products, it converses with the customer, asks questions, and arrives at the exact part. In automotive it solves a problem that no search technology can handle. Operating in production on large B2C and B2B platforms across multiple European countries.
Master Data Management
A central product data repository. You manage descriptions, technical parameters, images, and data sheets in one place. In automotive: full data management, management of product-to-vehicle associations. If you are a data supplier for TecAlliance — ability to export in TECDOC format.
Authentication and SSO
An authentication system with true Single Sign-On across the entire ecosystem. Users log in once and have access to all systems — including external supplier systems we integrate on the client side. Supports login via Google, Microsoft, Facebook. For corporate clients: federation to Entra ID while preserving the full security policies of their organisation — MFA, conditional access, compliance rules.
Content management
Our proprietary multilingual content management system. Blog section, static pages, product banners embedded directly in context (slider, promotions). ERP integration — product data, prices, availability refreshed automatically without manual updates.
Backoffice tool
A central cockpit for managing the entire platform. Users, clients, products, orders, payments, translations, pricing profiles, monitoring, automation — all in one place. Your company's staff manages the entire GC.Platform ecosystem from a single interface.
Why AI.Assistant changes the rules of the game
Most of the industry tries to improve search. A new engine, better embeddings, smarter suggestions. It's a dead end — because in automotive 'similar' has no value. The customer doesn't want a nearly-fitting part. They want the one that fits exactly.
AI.Assistant changes the model. Instead of returning a ranking of results, it guides the user through a conversation to precisely identify the vehicle and the need. It asks, follows up, verifies. It finishes only when it is completely certain.
Today it serves thousands of customers simultaneously on the largest automotive platforms in Europe. And it's available as a built-in element of GC.Platform.
Built on Microsoft Azure
GC.Platform runs on Microsoft Azure — an independently scaled microservices architecture based on Azure App Services. The edge layer (Cloudflare and Azure Front Door) ensures performance and security. Search is handled by Azure Cognitive Search. Transactional data in Azure SQL, product data in Oracle Cloud — where maximum performance and stability are required.
Each module runs independently and scales separately. When traffic on the catalogue grows, we scale the catalogue. When the number of orders grows, we scale GC.CART. No shutdowns, no interruptions.
