Logging in to the B2B catalogue

Note on account security. Information about your account's login activity can be found in the Login History option. If you believe that someone else has used your account, change your password immediately.

1. If you are a customer using the B2B catalogue

Go to the Catalogue page — the login window will appear. If you do not have an account, select Create an account and fill in the appropriate fields.

After creating an account you will receive an email containing an activation link. Click it to activate your account, then contact your sales representative, who will grant you the appropriate permissions.

2. If you work for a company using the B2B system

It is enough to log in using the credentials you use for the ERP system (if such integration has been implemented).

Condition: for security reasons this login works only inside the company's internal network — i.e. at a company branch when you are connected to the internal network.

3. If you are responsible for assigning access

If you have permission to assign access, you will see the BACKOFFICE option in the top bar of the Catalogue. Click it and select GC.AUTH.

You need to set one thing: the business identity.

Business identity

Business identity is the equivalent of a customer number in the ERP system (e.g. the ERP number in GC.CART). Select the ERP number in GC.AUTH on the user screen using the Business identity option. After that, GC.CATALOG will send orders to the ERP system using that customer number.
