Discount campaigns

We create discount campaigns in GC.CART application.

1. We go to the "Shop" tab and select "Discount campaigns" from the list.

2. Next, we select the plus key and in the window that appears, we specify what type of discount we want to select.

After completing all the required fields, save the data with the "Save" button.

Next, we enter the created discount campaign, select the "Attributes" tab, press the plus key and add the item we are interested in (TOW), add it to the corresponding Pool and set it to "Active".

3. What can be the scope of a discount?

The discount can cover the all cart, sets in campaign and the value of the cart.

Points a and b apply to sets, e.g. helmet from Pool 1 + T-shirt from Pool 2 - so a minimum of one set must be purchased for the discount to take effect, i.e. 1 product from Pool 1 and 1 product from Pool 2.

a. All cart - if any set occurs, i.e. products from pools 1 and 2, the discount is calculated on the value of the whole cart.

b. Sets in action - if any items from pools 1 and 2 occur, the discount is calculated on the value of pairs of goods from pools 1 and 2, that is, if we have one item from pool 1 and two items from pool 2, the discount will be only on one item from pool 1 and one from pool 2.

Maximum number of "Sets in campaign" - If a customer buys 2 goods from pool 1 and 2, then here the discount can be limited to one set.

c. Cart value (it differs from the above two discount ranges, because it applies to specific products, not sets) - if any item defined in Attributes occurs, the discount is calculated on the sales value of this item - it is not necessary to specify a pool for the product.

d.for one penny - if the minimum value of the cart is met, the customer can purchase a specific index for 1 zloty.

Here you need to define the goods to be sold in the promotion (e.g. mug for 1 PLN)

Minimum cart value - the amount from which the discount is to be calculated (provided that the Attributes are not filled).

If Attributes are defined, the cart must contain at least one product defined in the attributes (and then, of course, the minimum value of the whole cart is also counted).

Maximum value of the cart - the amount up to which the discount is to be calculated (provided that the attributes are not filled in).

If the attributes are defined, the cart must contain at least one product defined in the attributes (and then, of course, the maximum value of the whole cart is also counted).

minimum value of goods in the promotion - this is the minimum value of goods defined in the Attributes, at which the promotion is triggered (it is not the number of pieces of goods). If you enter 300 here, then for the promotion to work, for example, the mugs (in the attributes) would have to be for the value of 300 PLN.

This promotion works as an OR, i.e. we fill in the minimum value of the cart and the maximum value of the cart or the minimum value of the goods in the promotion.

It is possible to set priorities:

Priority 1

The minimum value of the cart is 1 PLN and the maximum value of the cart is 100 PLN. If an item is added to the cart in this range, the defined item for 1 PLN will be counted in the promotion.

Priority 2

The minimum value of the cart 100 PLN and the maximum value of the cart 500 PLN. If goods are added to the cart in this range, the defined goods for 1 PLN will be charged in the promotion.

Priority 3

The minimum value of the cart 500 PLN and the maximum value of the cart 1000 PLN. If goods are added to the cart in this range, the defined goods for 1 PLN will be included in the promotion.

4. Type of amount discount.

In the case of an amount discount, it is important what the amount of the discount is to be deducted from.

There are two possibilities:

a. from the value of each item

b. from the value of the set

4. After defining all necessary fields in the created discount campaign, save it. Then enter the Attributes tab.

Towkod codes can be added in two ways:

a. Manually, by pressing the plus key

By importing data from a file

Below is the correct data format needed to import from the file.

WART = TOW_KOD, the rest as in the file.
