Logging into B2B Catalog and assigning access

Note on the security of your account

Information about your account's login activity can be found in the "Login History" option. If you believe that someone else has used your account, please change your password immediately.

1. If you are a customer using the B2B Catalog

Go to the Catalog page. The login window will appear. If you do not have an account, select "Create an account" and fill in the appropriate fields:

After creating an account, you will receive an email. In the content you will find an activation link. Click it to activate your account. Then contact your sales representative who will give you the appropriate permissions.

2. If you work for company using B2B system

In this situation it is enough that you log in using the credentials that you use to log into the ERP system (if such integration has been implemented). Condition: for security reasons this login works only in the company's internal network, i.e. on the territory of the company's branch when you are connected to the internal network.

3. If you are responsible for assigning access to the B2B Catalog

This means that you have the appropriate permissions to assign access. In this situation, you will see the "BACKOFFICE" option in the top bar of the Catalog. Click it and select GC.AUTH.

You need to set two things: user permissions and business identity.

User permissions

Then in GC.AUTH, use "Tasks" option. Select the "Execute" option on the "CATALOGUE_USER" task. In the next window, select the user (or users) you want to give permissions to. Then select "Execute." After this operation, the user gets access to the Catalog.

Business identity

Business identity is equivalent of customer number in ERP system. Select ERP number in GC.AUTH on user screen with Business identity option. After that GC.CATALOG will send orders to ERP system using that customer number.
